Administratiekantoor Zen specialises in small businesses (sole traders and partnerships) and is your trusted partner for outsourcing your administration on an all-inclusive basis (including advice) and at fixed prices. Our office is located in Rolde, but our clients are located throughout the Netherlands. Thanks to low overheads, smart working methods and a high degree of efficiency, we can take care of all your administration at very competitive prices.

OUR VISION

Our vision is simple but effective. To support small business owners by taking care of all their administrative tasks, including tax returns and advice, at a realistic price, through fast, effective and efficient business operations.

As an office, we work exclusively for a specific target group, namely small sole traders and general partnerships. This is simply because that is where our heart and passion lie as small entrepreneurs. As a result, we are not dependent on a few large clients and do not need to organise our processes in such a way that we can handle large clients, with all the associated overheads and costs. This allows us to work on the basis of fixed prices and fixed packages on an all-inclusive basis. So you know exactly what you will be paying and what you can expect from us. That’s clear.

Als kantoor werken wij uitsluitend voor kleine ondernemers (éénmanszaken en kleine VOF’s). Door deze specialisatie werken wij effectief en efficiënt. Bij ons zijn het niet de grote klanten die de dienst uitmaken, maar zijn alle klanten gelijk. Doordat wij niet werken op een uurbasis, maar op basis van vaste all-in prijzen, zijn we voortdurend op zoek naar de mogelijkheden ons werk beter, sneller en met meer service te doen. The first step toward better results

Better insight leads to better results: we would be pleased to discuss the figures with you in a personal meeting. This offers more value than an extensive annual report, for which you often pay but which is not legally required for natural persons. Therefore, this is not included by default, which saves you costs. Should you still require an annual report, it is of course possible.
